It’s EVERYTHING you always wanted to know about horses! From the diminutive Fallabella of Argentina to the colossal, mighty Shire of England, you will learn about and draw many horse breeds, the points of a horse, colors and markings, the differences between horses and ponies, and so much more! Bring in your own horse models, figurines, collectibles, and even tack to share with the class! This is an OVER THE TOP kind of horse class!
*Students should have some knowledge/drawing experience.
Supply list:
9X12 inch drawing pad-50 sheets, 70 lbs.
Graphite pencil set-2H, HB, 2B, any brand
Two #2 yellow pencils
Black Sharpie Markers-Fine and Ultra Fine
Colored Pencil Set-24 or more in a set, any brand
Eraser
Pencil Sharpener-manual or battery operated
Paper Blending Sticks-Assorted Sizes
Refund and Cancellation Policies:
As a nonprofit organization, the Carlisle Arts Learning Center reserves the right to cancel a course that does not meet minimum enrollment requirements, or postpone any program or activity due to unforeseen circumstances. When the Carlisle Arts Learning Center cancels a class, registered students automatically receive a credit towards another class. It is the students responsibility to contact CALC to fulfill this credit. CALC will provide full refunds in the case of a cancelled class when necessary.
In order to request a withdrawal from a class or workshop, students must contact CALC at least 72 hours before the first class date. Students who request a withdrawal before the 72 hour period will receive a 90% refund or 100% class credit. Students withdrawing fewer than 72 hours before the first day of class are not eligible for a refund or class credit.
Please note we are unable to provide make-up opportunities, prorate or provide refunds for missed classes due to personal scheduling conflicts.
