Both traditional glazed Raku and Obvara (Baltic Raku) will be the focus of this one-day workshop. Students will create work independently, then prepare it for firing at the workshop.

Your 5 lb bag of Raku clay will be labeled with your name and found top of the green shelf in the studio next to the wedging table starting Wednesday, April 1st. All pieces must be on the greenware shelf for bisque firing on Saturday, May 2nd. A labeled Raku reclaim bucket will be located under the studio sink.
