    Do I need to be an artist to come?
    Not at all. Curiosity is all you need.

    Is CALC just a gallery?
    No! CALC is also a learning space and community hub offering classes, workshops, camps, and events year-round.

    We offer classes and workshops in drawing, painting, ceramics, fiber arts, and more, for youth, teens, and adults. Options include one-day workshops and multi-week classes.

    Do I need experience?
    No! Many classes are beginner-friendly, with options for more advanced learners as well.

    Do you offer programs for kids?
    Yes! We offer afterschool programs (ArtClub, ArtWorks), teen programs (ArtLab), and 10 weeks of summer camps. We also offer youth art classes and Saturday clay workshops.

  • Do I need to be a member to participate?
    No, but members receive benefits like discounted classes and early registration. Membership also helps keep CALC accessible to the community.

    How does CALC stay accessible?
    We offer scholarships, inclusive programming, and a welcoming environment. Our building is ADA accessible, with elevator access to second-floor spaces.
