Hi, I'm Ella. I'm 14 years old and I first learned how to throw pottery at CALC four years ago. Now that we are in this quarantine situation, I am so happy to have a wheel at home that keeps me sane.
This is my temporary studio at home. I love the windows because I can see what's going on on my block as I throw.
I miss all of my clay friends at CALC, but at least I have my cats to keep me company.
It's been so beautiful outside recently, so I decided to bring the wheel outside for a day.
Thankfully, I found an empty storage closet in the basement to store my pieces until they can get fired at CALC!
