Time: 6 pm-8 pm

Class Fee: $100 ($115 for non-member) + $10 materials fee

Students will start with the basics of the color wheel, then explore the color properties of standard manufactured colors, general mixing properties, mixing with a limited palette, visually marrying your chosen colors, color relationships, and a variety of mixing exercises. We will practice with acrylics and watercolor paints. Students are welcome to bring their own paints in order to practice with the same paints they use at home. The last class will be spent painting a practice image.

Refund and Cancellation Policies:

As a nonprofit organization, the Carlisle Arts Learning Center reserves the right to cancel a course that does not meet minimum enrollment requirements, or postpone any program or activity due to unforeseen circumstances. When the Carlisle Arts Learning Center cancels a class, registered students automatically receive a credit towards another class. It is the students responsibility to contact CALC to fulfill this credit. CALC will provide full refunds in the case of a cancelled class when necessary.

In order to request a withdrawal from a class or workshop, students must contact CALC at least 72 hours before the first class date. Students who request a withdrawal before the 72 hour period will receive a 90% refund or 100% class credit. Students withdrawing fewer than 72 hours before the first day of class are not eligible for a refund or class credit.

Please note we are unable to provide make-up opportunities, prorate or provide refunds for missed classes due to personal scheduling conflicts.
