Artworks!
Artworks!
Art, service, and social engagement come together in ArtWorks! This program aims to build confidence and camaraderie through shared expression in a positive, supportive environment. Students explore the ways that art can inform communities, and they make group projects inspired by observation, current events, and their local environment. In the class, everyone has the opportunity to express their own voice and translate concepts into actions through art. Formal art experience is not a requirement to participate in this program, however it is important for students to be interested in creative, community-driven activities. We prioritize attendance and full student commitment to the program's goals, so please keep this in mind while filling out your application.
