A still life is an integral part of the art world! You will learn how to arrange inanimate objects to create an interesting composition. You will learn how to show values, lighting, depth, and spatial relationships. I bet you will LOVE what you create!

Supply list: (student must bring with them the first day of class)

1. 9X12 inch drawing pad-24 sheets, 70 lbs

2. Graphite pencil set-any brand

3. Eraser

4. Pencil Sharpener

5. Colored pencil set-24 or more in a set

6. Three medium-sized objects to set up your own still life to draw

7. Paper blending sticks-assorted sizes
