A punch card can be purchased that is $20 for 3 sessions or $40 for 6 sessions for members,
and $25 for 3 sessions or $45 for 6 sessions for non-members.

Experienced clay artists OR newcomers are welcome. Tom Oakes, CALC studio technician and instructor, encourages those interested in clay to check out these evening clay hours. Sign up for a “Try it Out” class and learn the wonders of wheel throwing! Price includes tools and available glazes.
Do you have a question or a problem with throwing, hand-building or a studio tool? Your questions can easily be fielded by Tom Oakes on Tuesday evenings 6-7pm and then as time permits 7-9pm.

There will be an extra charge for firing fees (average $1/piece).

Prerequisite: Past clay experience.

Prerequisite: CALC’s Basic Darkroom class or demonstration of competence. Brief orientation session required.

Chemicals are provided. Call to check on availability.
**If you need to get REACQUAINTED with the darkroom, individual sessions can be arranged for $20/hour.**

OPEN STUDIO: DRAWING/PAINTING/CREATIVE STILL LIFE

Each week a still life assortment, or a live costumed model will be available for sketching, drawing or painting in whatever media you choose. Staff will monitor as well as be available to assist at you at your request. A very free, fun, supportive way to challenge yourself to draw or paint EVERY week!
