| Vacation
conflict... no problem! This class is organized to accept the busy schedule of summer
while allowing a make-up so students can complete the course successfully. This class is a
wheel throwing class in six classes while offering a make-up schedule for the vacationer.
Students are invited to learn from the instructor for 6 classes that match your schedule. Learn how to throw clay on the wheel to create bowls, vases, platters
and more. Any skill level welcome from beginner through advanced students. Instruction is
geared to each student's skill level and experience.
Materials: $15 for a 25-lb bag of clay

| A two day workshop
for experiencing, enjoying, and understanding ceramics. You will get to know wheel
throwing and what the CALC studio has to offer to the community for students of all
levels. This workshop is focused on experiencing the possibilities of what the CALC studio
offers to the community. You will see what you can do on the wheel and spend some time
getting your hands into the clay on the wheel as a "Try It Out" class. A great
start to any ceramic class or learning to use the CALC's Open Clay Studio. All skill
levels welcome. |

teach you the basics of sculpting with clay. Create a bust, a bird, or whatever your heart
